RETURN / CANCELLATION
30-Day Money Back Guarantee:
You may return any item in original condition for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, less shipping costs. It takes approximately 3-5 days to process refunds.
Replacing Defective Products:
We will replace any defective products 100% free.
Return & Cancellation Policy:
To return or cancel, email our customer service at support@hotcastle.com. All returns require prior authorization.
Terms:
Returns may incur shipping charges unless caused by our error. No returns allowed without authorization. Reference order number when processing a return.
Replacements:
We require the original product returned using provided label before sending a replacement. Buyer’s card may be recharged if original product not returned within 30 days.
Disclaimer:
- Used products may require replacement of wear items which are not guaranteed e.g. seals, wiring. Non-serviceable wear parts e.g. pressed-in ball joint will be guaranteed.
- We cannot guarantee product color matches. Repainting or refinishing may be required.
Refunds by Stripe under name “Hot Castle” within 7 business days.
